Whispering Willows is the longest running city owned golf course in Livonia. The course is known for hole #2, a difficult par 4, rated as one of the 18 hardest holes in greater Detroit. Tough par 3's will also grab your attention as you wind your way through numerous tree-lined holes.
Whispering Willows is one of the most popular golf courses in the area. Although it is not a long course, it is a good test for the average golfer with some very challenging par 3's. Whispering Willows supplies the area with a driving range, (both artificial mats and grass tees from which to hit) along with a putting and chipping green. Hit the ball straight and it will yield some birdies; hit it crooked and pay dearly.
While at the Willows, be sure to dine in at Nicky's Willows Grill . Family-owned and operated for 28 years, Nicky's offers fresh, home-cooked meals with daily specials. Enjoy indoor or outdoor patio seating, overlooking the golf course. Full Bar with five TVs, Club Keno, and Live Trivia on Wednesday nights.
